A Message Center subscription, user name, and web access password are required for log in.

  • U-M Message Center is being phased out and replaced with Exchange Voice Mail. ITCom Project Managers are working with departments to make this transition. Check with the ITCom Service Center (763-2000) if you have questions.

    Information Technology Communications - or ITCom - is part of Information Technology Central Services (ITCS) of the University of Michigan. ITCom provides telephone services to students, faculty, and staff at the University's Ann Arbor, Flint, and Dearborn campuses; and provides computer, data network, and video services to the Ann Arbor campus.
